I have a sense of happiness today. Like any other normal Nepali person, I am happy for the very Nepal Constitution 2072. It is indeed a historic day. What is making it more joyous is seeing people celebrating the day with excitement. It looked like the day of Laxmipuja in Tihar. This time, Deepawali is celebrated before Dashain and we will celebrate it again for sure.

I don’t care with the political agendas as long as they do not harm the peace of our country. This time around, the biggies have compromised and united to give birth to the constitution. I wish this unity to long last forever. And I hope there will soon be amendment with unsatisfied parties and they too will join this unity. For our country, for people. What would be more beautiful than unity and harmony?

It is ordinary that hundred percent cannot be satisfied at once. As it is said, even the thing like deciding what vegetable to cook doesn’t get completely agreed within the small family, it is but the bigger matter and the bigger family. Had read it on facebook - let the baby born first and start caring and nourishing to make the better person. Couldn’t have said it better.

This is the beginning, not the end. The real test starts now. The success of this constitution depends on how much honesty it will be executed with. And there will always be place for amendments in constitution for better things. So, instead of protesting and neglecting, it would be wiser to embrace it and make the changes by honest processes. To the people declaring this a black day – please reconsider, this is not black day, this is one brightest day in the history. Please be a part of this celebration. People no more want violence. This is the voice of every Nepali people.

We Nepalese know how to be united. We know how to celebrate. I hope this constitution secures the human rights of every citizen and brings the equality into behavior with utmost honesty and righteousness. I hope the country will now step towards the peace and development. Movements will now be in the field of economy and prosperity of nation, not in the streets. I wish every child in every corner of the nation gets the opportunity of education. I hope lesser number of Nepali will be compelled to go foreign for money. I wish we all will be true to our self and our responsibilities as a citizen.

Let the peace and prosperity flourish in our country. Let the country be brighter than today. Let the excitement and happiness stay on our faces forever. Let this day be the commencement of the new golden history. Let’s hope that we will celebrate this day on every years to come with more excitement and happiness.

Happy Constitution Day
Here for the better future,
Cheers.
More power to our Nepal and to us.
